Calley Mechanical Ltd. was hired on behalf of Jute Design & Management Inc. to complete a first time TI on a new retail space. Our scope included;

• Supply and install new plumbing lines as specified. 

• Supply and install new fixtures as specified. 

• Supply and install new sheet metal as specified. 

• Supply and install new HVAC equipment as specified. 

• Provide plumbing for equipment as required, including new chilled water lines.
