Calley Mechanical Ltd. was hired on behalf of Jute Design & Management Inc. to complete a first time TI on this new space. Our scope included;

• Supply and install of new Plumbing lines as per layout. 

• Supply and install new fixtures as specified. 

• Supply and install new sheet metal layout as per mechanical engineered drawings. 

• Supply and install new fans and other HVAC equipment as per mechanical engineered drawings.
